The FSF boycotts Apple because we think they might sue us or GNU users if we make certain sorts of window systems. This is an outrage. When a company is trying in an exceptional fashion to take away your freedom, to continue "business as usual" with them nonetheless is to let your freedom go without a fight. I'd rather fight for it. What's more, since supporting any program or port takes work, we actually save time by not supporting programs on the Mac.
