When trying to make gcc-2.3.3 I get a memory falt when "genattr" is executed?

configure was set to "tower-32-sysv3"

Error message as follows:

	./genattr md > tmp-attr.h

sh:11651 Memory falt - core dump
*** Error code -117

Stop.

Any Idea's?
