I am just starting to switch over from Sun's bundled compiler, to their unbundled compiler, and its ANSI self "acc". I notice that gdb can't do much with programs compiled with the unbundled cc and acc compilers. Specifically, gdb core dumps when I try to list any subroutine. I have been using gdb for quite some time, and find it much better to use than dbx, so I am looking for some advice on what, if anything I need to do to get gdb to work with these new compilers. I have tried gdb versions 3.5, and 4.3 with equally bad results. I am on a Sparc 2 running SunOs 4.1.1 Sound familiar to anybody? Thanks for any help, rogerr@netcom.com
