Compiling gdb-4.6 on ISC 3.0 with gcc-2.2.2

Here's the patches I applied to gdb-4.6 to make it compile under Interactive
Unix 3.0 (ISC 3.0). Note that my patch to readline.c is basically code lifted
from bash-1.12, with the _SYSV3 addition added by me.

I configured gdb with

	./configure i386-coff-sysv32

and compiled it with

	make CC="gcc -fpcc-struct-return -D_SYSV3 -O"

I used gcc-2.2.2, configured as i386-isc3.0 (i386-isc probably would have
worked fine).

p.s. For you hackers who use gcc on ISC 3.0, note that I put
-fpcc-struct-return on the first line after *cc1: and *cc1plus: in the gcc
specs file. And I also append %{posix:-D_SYSV3} to the first line after
*cpp:, else I often get errors when including <sys/stat.h> .
