In my posted patch above, I forgot to mention that I really wasn't sure
whether '_SYSV3' was the correct define to use to enable the define of
'USGr3'; especially since 'USGr3' is used to include <sys/ptem.h>, and I don't
know how standard that is.  It would be safer to replace '_SYSV3' with 'isc',
to only make it work on ISC Unixes (which matches the philosophy of the
existing use of 'hpux', to make it work on HP UX Unixes).
