Configure gdb 4.7 for ISC Unix

#35
From: Richard Krehbiel

Here is a patch for the changes and additions I've made to gdb 4.7 for
Interactive Systems (SunSoft) Unix 2.2 and 3.0. With these changes,
you can say "configure i386-isc" and it makes all the correct build
files.

When building gdb with gcc (make "CC=gcc -posix -O") you will get a
warning on nearly every file about redeclaration of NULL. You can
ignore the warnings. I personally made changes to my system header
files "stdio.h", "sys/param.h", "sys/unistd.h" to conditionally define
NULL.

Two other minor additions of mine are these:

o The command "info float" is back. This was present in gdb 3.x,
but was never made to work in 4.x for i386.

o The instance pointer "this" is (at last) available when
debugging C++ using COFF object files.
