We are trying to make GDB work in an SUN Sparc environment debugging m68030 code. We are using a Microtec cross compiler that produces output in the IEEE format. So, does anyone know if there exist a GDB supporting the IEEE format? We have heard that the COFF format "looks" like the IEEE. Does anyone know if there's much work in changing GDB to accept IEEE?
