Debugging C++ using Gdb

I begin to use Gdb 4.5 to debug c++ code, although I compiled these codes
using "-g", but I couldn't set breakpoints by functions:

(gdb) b draw::draw
The class draw does not have any method named draw

while I can set breakpoints by linenumbers:

(gdb) b draw.C:50
Breakpoint 2 at 0x21210: file draw.C, line 50.

Any ideas about this.
