I can't get a clean build of gdb-4.6 under Interactive Systems SysV 3.2 rel 3.0 using the configure i386v32 host option. 1. It keeps using cc, I have gcc but there is no option for specifying the compiler without a hack to the configured Makefile. 2. I have problems in readline/readline.c with some of the terminal control definitions. Could this be because the configure is not setting up to use the POSIX environment? Any hints would be greatly appreciated. -Steve K. reply to kimball@shrew.sanders.lockheed.com
