While installing version 3.1, the Makefile line that does "rm init.c"
failed because there wasn't any init.c yet.  I was worried that
something was wrong.  It would be nice to use "rm -f" here, even
though everything works anyway, just so that it LOOKS like everything
is working.

Also, the README file might want to remind you to run
texinfo-format-buffer as part of the installation process, and warn
you that you might have to edit the "@setfilename" command depending
on how you have your directory structure set up.

Installation was otherwise remarkably easy (this is for sun3, os4).
