System is Sun3, SunOS 4.1, gcc 2.1

The prototype for sun3_saved_pc_after_call in tm-sun3.h doesn't have an
external declaration of `struct frame_info', and then clashes with its
definition.   That's not very well explained, but this shows the problem:

Glob doesn't work yet, but readline uses a piece of its src
