Hi,

A few glitches compiling gdb 4.4 under Esix System V 3.2.
I ran configure with the flag i386v32.

1) In bfd/sysdef.h, Esix has no utime.h. I got it to compile by
	simply commenting out the include.

2) In libiberty, I could not get sigsetmask.c to compile at all.
There is no sigset_t type, and no SIG_SETMASK define.
Esix does not have the POSIX compatibility of ISC.
Apparently this file was not needed by gdb, I left it out
of the library and gdb still linked.

3) In readline/readline.c, I had to include sys/stream.h and sys/ptem.h
after signal.h to get the TIOC... macros.

Gdb appears to be working fine, I haven't tested it thoroughly yet.

Regards,

Jeff Michaud
