  i was unsuccessful in generating a gdb that works on either of the
  above machines, whose "file" output produces:

	PA-RISC1.1 shared executable
	s800 executable

  respectively.  i'd be grateful if anyone could offer any hints.  
  even if "it isn't supported yet," i would like to beta-test a
  version if someone is working on it.
