I have just fetched gnuemacs 18.55 from prep.ai.mit.edu and tried to compile
the gdb that came with it -- gdb version 2.8. I am using a Sun-3/50 running
SunOS 4.0.3. I did 'config sun3' and then ran 'make'.

Make runs fine until it gets to core.c :

cc -g -I. -c core.c -o core.o
"core.c", line 207: c_fpstatus undefined
gmake: *** [core.o] Error 1

We are in urgent need of gdb on our suns, so any quick fix would be much
appreciated, no matter how dirty.
