I have encountered what I believe to be a termcap problem in gdb3.3. The problem occurs when logging into my SUN4/110 from home using either a glass tty configured as a VT220 [or VT100] or a Mac SE configured as a VT100[kermit or MacTerminal]. After starting gdb, the keyboard map is trashed to the point that one cannot even type in 'quit'. It is then necessary to hang up in order to get gdb to let go. This problem does not occur when running gdb directly on the SUN4; nor does it occur when telneting to the SUN4 from a uVAXII via CMU's TCP/IP [which, BTW works really well]. Note that the home login problem did not exist in previous versions of gdb. In particular, gdb 3.1.2 and gdb3.2 both work fine from home. -Joseph
