gdb crashes system
#549

Working evironment:
	- OS : System V R 4	(Olivetti rel 2.1.1)
	- gcc: 2.3.3
	- gdb: 4.7

So far I haven't been able to build gdb to work on the system mentionned. I
tried since gcc 2.1 and gdb 4.5 with most releases. The last attempt was with
the tools above.

Symptom:

Compilation and installation of gdb is no problem. Launching gdb works as well.
I can navigate in the sources of the program to be debugged and set
breakpoints. When I type 'r' to run start the program my machine freezes or
just reboots.

Has anyone an Idea?
