Hi,

I just ftp'ed gdb.tar-3.1.Z to our Convex C1, and find that it
contains a file called convex-dep.c.  However, config.gdb contains no
entry for a convex.  Has gdb been ported successfully to a Convex, and
if so, which m-*.h, *-pinsn.h and *-opcode.h files would be
appropriate?

    My apologies; that file is an "in progress" file and probably
  shouldn't have been included with the distribution.  A convex port
  is being worked on and will be merged into the distribution when it
  is done.
