Problems with BJ-10e driver

I have a big problem using ghostscript with the BJ-10e driver: 
It doesn't load paper properly (A4 size). It loads not enough, so the top of
the page is missing. I think there must be an error in the DIP-swith settings. 
They currently are:
1 and 10 on, rest off.
Can anybody help me ?
