I've tried repeated times with the 386 and xt versions of ghostscript
to print on a bj10e or a hp laserjet II and it would never print
the whole page.  All I ever got was maybe the first eighth of the page
and it would stop printing saying it was done.  I was only using the
tiger.ps and golfer.ps files that came with ghostscript, and they
were displayed on the screen just fine.  Does anyone have any suggestions
to how I can get the whole file to print?
