Summary:
'out of the box', the laserjet driver from ghostscript v2.5 discards
all inter-line space, at least on the laserjet+ and laserjetII.
Fix:
change the escape sequence used to skip blank scan-lines to the one
used in gs2.4.1
(P.S. on A4 paper, the output is still higher than using (eg. dvijep), but is
better positioned than in version 2.4.1)
Thanks for some great software.
