Many users have reported serious problems with LaserJet and DeskJet
output from Ghostscript 2.5.

I think the problems of garbaged output can be avoided by using the
'deskjet' and 'laserjet' devices rather than 'djet500', 'ljet2p',
'ljet3', and 'ljetplus'.  These problems will be fixed in 2.5.1.
(They resulted from my believing someone who said he was an expert on
PCL, rather than testing the code myself.)

The margin problems are not entirely fixable within Ghostscript's
current model of how margins and printable area are specified.  I
will tinker with them a little more in 2.5.1.
