Hello fellow netters, I have tried to use the epson drivers of GS2.5 and GS2.5.2 with a (9-pins) Star NL10 which so far allways used to be Epson compatible. With ghostscript however the output looks terible. When I try to use it as a line printer with gslp and look at the binary result and the printer handbook, everything looks OK. But the printer doesn't seem to respond to the tabsetting commands to well. This results in missing spaces, overstriking and great distance between the upper and lower part of the "p" and "g" in "page 1". Is anyone else experiencing the same problems with Start NL10 or other epson compatible printers or have I done something wrong. Greetings Arjen PS. Things get even worse when I use a file name like c:\config.sys. Can this be related to \c being some escape for G(P)ostscript?
