I am creating documents using MSWord and saving them in postscript format. I would like to convert these documents to .pbm format using ghostscript, but retain the MSWord fonts. When I try this, gs defaults to the ghostscript font, or to Ugly if there is no similarly named ghostscript font. How I can I prevent this? I have ghostscript on both a Unix machine and a PC.
