Thanks for your reply - it looks like the probelem has been corrected.
The person uploading the DOS binaries to the DOS archive simtel-20
goofed and put the 2.5.1 windows program up there.  I posted to
the newsgroup because I didn't know where the problem originated
and wanted others to know about it in the hopes that it would be
corrected (which it was).
