I have been having some trouble with vastly sub-optmial dithering from gs on 24bit color images to 8 bit displays. The symptoms are mostly heavy banding and under-utilization of availiable colors. What's the deal? Is this a known bug? ewq -- quanstro@stolaf.edu (goon@uni-paderborn.de) Erik Quanstrom St. Olaf College Northfield MN, 55057.5 USA
