I'm currently using Ghostscript and the distributed
binary version of groff (compiled with PostScript support
only) on my PC (under DV). I can preview and print to my HP
Laser, though the printing is kinda crude--being a
(Ghostscript prepared) bitmap, rather than using the HP
fonts. I was really interested in the troff->ps package you
mentioned. Did you port psroff (please say yes) or is this
Chris Lewis's (very old) precursor to psroff, jetroff.
I started a psroff port, and Chris said it shouldn't be
hard, but I got hung up in other things.
BTW:
Mail to "ronis@onsager.ai.mit.edu" bounces badly.
"onsager.ai.mit.edu" is unknown (both here at panix and at
the nic whois server). Give a real mail address next time.
