In gdevmem.c, the occurance of

	write_byte(++optr...

should be changed to increment the pointer before the macro call.
Similarly for

	write_byte_masked(++optr...

(The macro uses that variable twice, so it gets incremented twice,
even if what the resulting statement did make sense, applied
recursively to this one . . .)
