1) The problem with the 'K' (and also the 'R') just showed up on my
system recently. It is high on my list of bugs to track down.
2) The PostScript manual says that copypage does not execute an erasepage
or an initgraphics, whereas showpage is supposed to do these. I will fix
showpage so that it waits for a character from the keyboard, and then
does an erasepage and an initgraphics. (I assume this is the right fix
in an interactive environment, but in any case, the definition of showpage
will be in ghost.ps, so you can change it if you want.)
Thanks to Anders Thulin for reporting these bugs.
