The problem is in the lines

	[1 1 1 rgbcolor 0 0 0 rgbcolor]
	makeimagedevice

The arguments for makeimagedevice changed from 2.3 to 2.4.  The
correct invocation is now

	<ff 00> makeimagedevice

Sorry for the inconvenience.  I probably should have changed the name
of the operator.
