Ghostscript for Windows - how to print to a dot matrix printer?

I just downloaded Ghostscript for Windows, v. 2.5.2. I can get it to display Postscript files all right, but I just can't get it to print decently to my IBM Graphics compatible printer (STAR NL10). How should the printer be setup in Windows if I use the Epson-device or the Eps9high-device? Does it make any difference? I've looked through all of the manual stuff I think, but I have found close to nothing related to the Windows version of Ghostscript.
