Hi,
I'm trying to use GhostScript as a PostScript to Xerox
solution. For those unfamiliar with them, Xerox 9700/4050
are high speed channel-attached laser printers. They're nice,
but they don't talk PostScript.
I can print a bitmap on this thing trivially, but the
page is rasterized lengthwise, so I get the top part of each image
chopped off with wasted white space on the right.
I've looked in the PBM driver for some place to change the
default transformation matrix and can't find such a thing. Is there
somewhere where I can set the default CTM with an offset and rotation?

It's messy, slugish, but works.
