I think there is a jinx on this release.

I have withdrawn the 2.5.1 that was distributed on September 11.
Despite repeated testing, and re-reading of the H-P manuals by four
different people, it STILL has an error in the H-P printer drivers
that results in garbage output.

Since I have now received conflicting and incorrect advice about
these printers from so many people, and since I only have
intermittent access to them for testing, I must now ask the net:

	Does anybody *really* know whether the DeskJet
	(NOT the DeskJet 500 or 500 C) supports the <esc>*b<#>y
	command for Y repositioning in graphics mode?

Please e-mail the answer to me directly.

A new edition of 2.5.1 will be released as soon as I get an answer to
this question.

If the HP driver is the only problem I would rather keep 2.5.1 and have
the HP driver fixed in 2.5.2.
