Compiling on RS/6000
#382

I got GhostScript 2.5.1 to compile without warnings on an RS/6000
running AIX 3.1.6 after I made the following modifications:

- define /usr/ucb/install as the installation program
- define compiler as xlc
- add -D_ALL_SOURCE symbol
- comment out the definitions for uchar, ushort, uint and ulong in std.h:
they conflicted with the ones from <sys/types.h>, and the code which attempts
to prevent this did not do the trick (the IBM compiler is very picky about
  redefinitions)

Just thought this might be of use to someone...
