The BGI driver is no longer included in the executables. gs386 uses
a non-Borland compiler that does not support BGI, and I judged that
11K of non-overlayable RAM was too high a price to pay in the 16-bit
Borland executables for a driver that almost no one used.

The Tseng driver defaults to VGA resolution. As the documentation
says, the switch
	-g1024x768
gives you 1024x768 output. I agree it would be better to default to
the highest available resolution; I'm not sure if I can find this out
dynamically from the BIOS.

In addition, there is a bug in the Tseng driver in gs386 that may
cause it to produce garbled output. If this occurs on your system,
use gs rather than gs386.
