GS386.exe Howto: Fullpage preview?

When I use gs386 for MSDOS, I want to be able to see the entire
page. All I see is the lower left corner of the page. Are there
command line options to change the origin/scale of the view?
Better yet, can one scroll using the arrow keys or some such?

The GS for windows does all this, but emTeX still doesn't do
windows, so getting in and out of windows for each Tex/Preview
cycle is hopelessly slow. I am trying to use PSTricks and other
postscript stuff in my TeX, but don't know how to preview.

I tried a header file with stuff like 72 72 translate 0.3 0.3 scale
but it is ignored, because (i presume) all this is reset by the
ps file I am viewing

I am sure others must have figured out a way, could some kind
soul clue me in?
