DESCRIPTION OF INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR:
The tmac.an file does not define the .PN macro (for pathnames), the
.CT macro (for control characters) or the lq and rq characters (left
and right quotes) which are used in the Ultrix man pages.  The result
is the arguments of these macros don't get printed.

SUGGESTED FIX:
The following patch to macro/tmac.an defines the missing macros.
