I just compiled groff 1.06 with gcc/g++-2.3.3 on SunOS 4.1.3 without a single
problem or warning.  All I did was type "configure" and then "make".

I just tried this in the libg++/src directory, with your program stored as
x.cc, and got no errors or warnings.  It compiled just fine.  I can't really
speculate on what your problems might be, are you guys sure you configured
everything correctly, and ran "make fixincludes" when you built gcc?
