With groff V1.05 I get fatal errors if I do the following: [... lots of happy groff code] .sp .in .5i .IP $lambda$ [... more stuff] Apparently you can't use an imbedded equation as the label for an in dented paragraph. has this been fixed with V1.06? Bob Donahue

From: rdonahue@spdcc.com (Bob Donahue) Date: Mon, 14 Sep 1992 13:27:08 GMT With groff V1.05 I get fatal errors if I do the following: [... lots of happy groff code] .sp .in .5i .IP $lambda$ [... more stuff] Apparently you can't use an imbedded equation as the label for an in dented paragraph. You can, but you must quote it (because the expansion of $lambda$ contains spaces.) has this been fixed with V1.06? Yes. If you find a bug in groff, please report it as soon as possible: don't just hope it will be fixed in the next release.
