1)	in previous versions, gtbl accepted the -D option. Version
	1.06 does not.
2)	spacing of output lines produced by successive table
	input lines consisting of '_' and '=' is irregular.
3)	gtbl/groff combination doesn't properly handle interpolation
	of number registers.
4)	calculation of spanned heading widths appears to be
	incorrect.
5)	some input data is lost.
6)	vertical spacing before a table differs from standard
	troff/tbl.
7)	horizontal page offset differs from that produced by
	eroff.

Parts 2 and 3 of this bug report consist of PostScript output
from Eroff (Elan's version of DWB 2.0 troff) and from groff
version 1.06 (-a output was unsatisfactory for demonstrating the
bugs). Bugs 2 through 6 of the above list are clearly shown by
the output. Bug 7 was partially compensated by a -rO flag to
groff, which corrected the offset of the table data, but which
of course does not affect the header produced by a .tl command.
