Fine;  you'll have to consider the restrictions outweigh the benefits.

No ... programs (like bison) generate output that must fall
under the GPL.  Property implies ownership;  FSF does not
own all code that is licensed under the GPL.

Moreover, none of the GNU programs can change the status of 
your input data.   Only redistributing your work in aggregate 
with GPL'd work can do that - and all it does is dictate
the licensing status of your work as it appears in that 
aggregate.
