Programming is FUN!  Why do you need an incentive? :-)
If you need an incentive to program then you will never be at home with
GPL software.  If the software world is taking the GPL path then I would
recommend a job picking flowers in Holland: I have been told that it is
quite easy and it is very well paid! :-)
