Assuming the header files are available on any HP systems that you'd want
to use it on, there wouldn't be any problem. Remember the GPL clause that
excepts libraries and header files that are normally distributed with
the operating system and compiler (I may be misquoting slightly, but
I'm sure I have the general intent).
