Yes, especially since ANSI adopted ISO's standard.  They are expected
to be identical, except for the occasional lag between meetings of one
and meetings of the other.

I will amend my statement, though; in acronyms or discussions of
alphabets, phonetics, or linguistics, it is probably foolish to
assume that C means either ANSI or ISO C.  I should restrict my
statement to discussions of programming languages named C, of
which there is only one at this time.

(Although there are a fair number of spin-offs.)
