Using GNU make and gcc, oleo-1.0 fails to compile in a subdirectory. The problem appears to be that the Makefile.in has the rule .c.o: $(CC) -c $(ALL_CFLAGS) $(CPPFLAGS) $< instead of .c.o: $(CC) -c $(ALL_CFLAGS) $(CPPFLAGS) -I$(srcdir) $< as the other GNU utilities do (fileutils, shellutils, etc.). -- John W.
