🚀 go-pugleaf

Here are some patches for "patch-2.0.12g8" that can solve installation problems
in that package as well as a bug in option decoding for some SGI machines.

Modificatins in config.h.in and getopt.c come from me. Those in patch.c
come from Francois Pinard. Another poster has also suggested the same
corrections in patch.c.

I am on an SGI 4D/380 machine under IRIX 4.0.1 (System V Unix).
