This is a minor point, but the files in the oleo distribution are all
dated 1992-12-27 or later, even though many of them haven't changed
since the previous distribution.  It would be helpful `ls -l F' would
output the most recent time that F was actually changed, instead of
outputting an artificial date that's more recent.
