The ownership on directories is not change to the original owner (files do
get set correctly).  Both attempts as root with and without --same-owner.

This is with GNU tar 1.11.1 (from prep.ai.mit.edu) on SunOS 4.1.2 running on
a sun4c architecture (haven't tried any others)
