GNU tar version 1.05, `-C directory' when doing a restore

The `-C directory' is ignored when doing a restore.

That is, if I do something like:

	tar xvf tar-output -C directory file1 file2 file3

The `-C directory' will be accepted, but ignored. That is, it won't do
a chdir, instead it'll put the files into the current directory.

It would be best if it was paid attention to. Failing that, it should
probably generate an error message.
