GNU finger 1.37 installation clobbers existing files in targetdir,
like x-.site, which may then need to be reconstructed or recreated.
This patch fixes that:

diff -rc finger-1.37.orig//targets/Makefile.in finger-1.37/targets/Makefile.in
*** finger-1.37.orig//targets/Makefile.in	Wed Oct 21 19:00:51 1992
