Compiling Gnu Awk (gawk) 2.13, patchlevel 2 on a NeXT with Operating System 2.1 linking stopped because of undefined pointers in strtod(). After commenting the line: /* #define STRTOD_MISSING 1 NeXT 2.0 strtod() is buggy */ make worked fine. Also 'make test' and 'make bigtest' where running.
